As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of executive leadership experience, he helps leaders find clarity, lead with presence, and take confident, well-informed action.

Throughout his career in sales, marketing, and executive management, Tom has built and led high-performing teams, consistently driving strong business results. A transformative coaching experience reshaped his path, leading him to focus on helping leaders think clearly, communicate with impact, and lead with purpose in high-stakes environments.

    Cathy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) with over 25 years of leadership experience in retail, financial services, I.T., automotive, and government sectors. She has held senior roles including VP of Human Resources, VP of Selling Culture, and General Manager across multiple business units. Drawing on her business expertise and passion for developing others, she helps leaders and teams identify strengths, close performance gaps, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

    Cathy is also certified in proven assessment tools, including EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360, The Five Behaviors and Facet5.

    David is a Professional Certified Coach and graduate of the Royal Roads Executive Coaching program, with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the Government of Canada and prior roles in the private sector and international organizations, including the United Nations. He has worked across Europe, Africa, and North America, specializing in strategic policy, program management, and initiatives in environment, climate change, energy, and sustainability. David helps leaders find their authentic presence, bringing a calm, curious, and motivational approach, and is accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile and Everything DiSC.

    Jill is an executive coach and seasoned senior leader with over 25 years of experience working within complex organizations and leading through change. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC, ICF) and a graduate of the Royal Roads University Executive Coaching program. Jill spent much of her career in the Canadian telecommunications sector, holding senior roles across strategy, operations, customer experience, and business transformation. That background gives her a deep, practical understanding of the pressures leaders face when expectations are high and certainty is limited.

    Jill works with executives, leaders, and business owners at key transition points whether stepping into greater responsibility, navigating organizational change, or reassessing direction. Her coaching style is calm, thoughtful, and grounded. With a background as a certified educator, she creates space for clear thinking, asks incisive questions, and supports leaders in translating insight into practical, aligned action. Clients value her ability to quickly grasp complexity, surface what matters most, and bring steadiness to challenging conversations and decisions.
