Coaching Structure

Flexible, tailored and built around your goals.

  • Six months to support deeper growth and sustained impact

    Shorter coaching engagements are also available based on readiness, focus, or organizational needs.

  • Sessions based on client’s desired pacing with continuous support for time-sensitive matters.

  • Grounded in the ICF Code of Ethics

  • May include the Pursuit Values System and other assessments to deepen awareness. We also review relevant past feedback or personality assessments to bring forward useful insights

  • A meeting with your manager or sponsor can be included to align on goals at the outset

  • Mid-point and end-of-program check-ins to assess progress and support next steps
