About Rhythm Leadership
Our coaching team includes Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, with graduate training in executive coaching from Royal Roads University and more than 20 years of leadership and business management experience. We offer assessments including Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360 and the Pursuit Values System. Rhythm Leadership is a member of the Central York Chamber of Commerce.

A typical program runs six months, though shorter engagements are possible. The standard program includes 12 sessions.
